Gala's family is deeply involved in this labor of love. Her husband, Luis Carlos, expertly depulps and washes the coffee, while their son herds the beans. Their daughters showcase their culinary skills, creating delicious meals. Together, they form a tight-knit team.
Sustainability thrives at Nuevo Amanecer. Manual weed control preserves the natural surroundings, respecting water sources. Gala's farm employs 10 locals during harvest and contributes to the community by maintaining clean roads.
