Introducing Villa Pastora, a coffee gem nestled in the picturesque Palestina municipality of Huila, Colombia. Led by the passionate coffee grower, Álvaro Arley Mora Anacona, this enchanting 8-hectare farm has been cultivating coffee for over 30 years.

At an elevation of 1,680 meters above sea level, Villa Pastora boasts an ideal environment for growing exquisite coffee. With 20,000 plants of Caturro, Tabí, and Bourbon Rosado varieties, the harvest season from October to December brings forth exceptional cherries.

The magic doesn't stop there. Villa Pastora's coffee cherries undergo a meticulous anaerobic process, with fermentation lasting 75-100 hours. Drying under the warm embrace of 45-degree temperatures for 10-18 days adds the perfect finishing touch.

Beyond their love for coffee, the Mora Anacona family supports their community by providing fermentation guidance and drying services to fellow farmers. Villa Pastora is not just a farm; it's a symbol of sustainable, chemical-free practices and the preservation of the region's diverse flora and fauna.
