Under the careful stewardship of coffee grower Orfa Luz Guerra Fonseca, Villa Juanita embraces sustainability as its guiding principle. No chemicals touch these grounds; instead, weeds are manually cleared, ensuring a pristine environment for the flora and fauna that call this farm home.

The coffee journey at Villa Juanita begins with hand-picked cherries. These cherries are pulped in the afternoon, left to ferment for two days, and then washed and carefully dried under the sun's warm embrace on solar marquesinas. The result?
