Introducing José Merchán Quintero, the coffee magician from Colombia's enchanting María Auxiliadora farm. Nestled in the picturesque region of Magdalena, his 17-hectare paradise sits at an elevation of 1,733 meters. With 8 years of dedication, José tends to 25,000 thriving coffee plants, carefully cultivating varieties like Castillo, Caturra, and San Bernardo.

The magic happens during harvest season, from October to February, with the crown jewels being harvested in November and December. José's beans undergo an artisanal process, embracing natural and honey processing methods. Solar drying at a balmy temperature of 30-35°C ensures perfection.

José's coffee captivates discerning palates with its exceptional quality. Nestled in lush landscapes, his farm attracts mesmerizing wildlife like deer, exotic birds, and the playful ñeques. But it's not just about coffee. José's love for his family shines as his wife, Clara, prepares delicious meals while their son, Juan José, carefully depulps the coffee cherries.

Beyond the farm, José's heart extends to the community. Through the local parish, he supports indigenous communities, providing them with groceries and lending a helping hand. With every sip of José's coffee, you're not just tasting exceptional flavor; you're savoring a piece of his passion, dedication, and the rich Colombian heritage.

Welcome to José's world of coffee magic.
